What is Recruiting for Recruiters (R4R)?
R4R is an embedded recruiter model. We place senior recruiters inside your in-house talent team — running your roles, in your ATS, on your standards — without adding permanent headcount. You pay for recruiting capacity by the month and scale up or down as your hiring plan shifts. It's faster than hiring full-time recruiters and more aligned than agency contingent.
How is R4R different from a traditional staffing agency?
Traditional staffing agencies own the candidate relationship and bill per hire. R4R inverts that: TALNT recruiters work as part of your team, your hires close on your offer letter, candidate relationships stay yours, and you pay for time and capacity rather than per-hire fees. It's structured for high-volume hiring plans and for talent leaders who want recruiter expertise without the long-term commitment.
